The Happy Gut. Happy Mind Program was designed for 60 days to give your body the support it needs to make long term change and instil new tools and ways of thinking to continue your journey after the program ends.

Hi, I'm Sarah,
I developed the HGHM with 12 years of clinical experience as a Naturopath + Nutritionist. I am passionate about the human gut and its microbiome relating to the mind, autoimmunity, fertility, and women’s health. I have designed this program using proven techniques in clinical practice and by bringing in a meditation teacher and a Clinical Psychologist linking the missing gap between the gut and brain.
